This is a massive, 8-story Class-A building, originally constructed in 1989. Until 2013, the 6116 Executive Boulevard house the National Institute of Health's National Cancer Institute. Since then, Goodstone acquired the building through a Ten-X commercial auction, and has restored the building to a best-in-class office location.
