Atlantech Online Lights Bethesda Crossing with Fiber
September 7, 2016
Enables Tenants to Access High-Speed Internet and Toll Quality Phone Service at a Fraction of the Cost
Atlantech Online announced today that they have installed fiber into the three buildings of Bethesda Crossing, formerly known as the Air Rights Center. This adds another three Class A office buildings to the Atlantech Online portfolio of "lit" buildings in Montgomery County. The Ethernet service, which can deliver bandwidth options of 100 Mbps or more, is already available in over 120 other Class A office properties in Bethesda, Silver Spring, and Rockville as well as many buildings in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. By bringing fiber into the property and adding it to its Bethesda fiber ring, the tenants of Bethesda Crossing can take advantage of high-speed Internet access at attractive price points when compared to currently available telecommunication circuits. Additionally, tenants will be able to enjoy flat rate business phone service delivered via Atlantech’s fiber network and also its Hosted PBX and CloudConnect services.
"We are working towards offering this valuable service to every office building in downtown Bethesda and are elated to add Bethesda Crossing to our Bethesda fiber ring," stated Ed Fineran, President of Atlantech Online. "In real estate, location is everything. Just as having an address at a Metro station increases value, being located on a fiber artery gives a building a huge competitive advantage and provides tremendous value to tenants," continued Fineran.
If your company is a tenant at Bethesda Crossing or is planning on re-locating to the recently revamped property, please give us a call today for a consultation on your telecom requirements and how Atlantech Online can best meet them.
