Tenants can now enjoy high speed Internet bandwidth at very affordable prices. Additionally, Atlantech's Hosted PBX service can utilized by tenants. Lastly, tenants can access AWS and Azure as well as other cloud providers using the Atlantech Online Cloud Connect service.
With excellent transit access and a very high walkable score, Ballston I is a 240,000 square foot 4 Star Office building in the middle of the hot Ballston commercial district. With a tenant mix of government, commercial and non-profit organizations, the 12 story building built in 1986 does not have vacant space available very long. Underground parking, a mix of first floor retail tenants and some green space on the grounds, makes the building a very attractive location in the heart of Ballston.

When workers do return to their office, they'll be happy to learn that their building has been added to our list of Class A properties that has fiber lit by Atlantech Online.
